The Old Everett Neighborhood Association (OENA) was founded in 2001 within the boundaries of the former Old Everett School District. The organization brings residents together to promote and support activities helpful to the area’s populous and to encourage unity among members, neighborhood organizations, businesses and governmental bodies.

I'd heard a rumor that BWL crews were checking this site for outage reports and wanted to add this just in case. :) If any crews are reading this, thank you for all of your hard work--it is very much appreciated!

    I am sick and tired of all the drug deals that go on at 4417 Lowcroft here in Lansing. You can not even go outside with out them standing in their doorway smoking and blowing it outside it looks like the house is on fire sometimes there is so much smoke and the smell is awful. I do not feel that I should be subject to the smell or see all the hand to hand transactions that go on. Between house 4417 and 4510 the drugs deal just flow and something needs to be done about it!!!! It is not fair to the others who live on this street.

    This house has cars park in the street overnight all the time. Please have a police car drive down Stafford Ave between Jolly and Syringa after 2:00am. The license plate number of the black car in the background is DDS 8737. This is a rental house with no respect for city ordinances or it's neighbors.

    This property has been in disrepair for several years now. Tarps on roof, Tree on roof, overgrown yard. This property hasn't been occupied for several years and it needs to be stepped up in the process of make safe or demolish.

    The homeowner has a history of leaving the grass grow above 8 inches and when he is forced to cut the lawn he lets it grow again to another 8 inches or longer just keeps repeating the pattern he also has broken limbs in the driveway the house is an eyesore
