Graffiti on the front of the vacant former plumbers' union hall at 2501 N. Tucson Blvd. Graffiti on rear fence on north side of bldg. and on a dumpster close to street.

Abandoned building not secured Recently broken into again by homeless Non-compliance with previous code violation from 7/8/2023 (see photos).

Continued negligence to properly secure their abandoned building, which becomes homeless and drug use beacon. Business staff and owner repeatedly ignore and dismiss direct contact from neighbors to properly secure the abandoned building and ensure illegal use is not occuring.

Irrigation leak is creating ponded water that has been sustained for months. The leak is adjacent to the tree that's between the bathrooms and the utility pole that is southwest of the bathrooms.

I've already reported a separate incident on the graffiti on the Connor park bathroom, this report is in reference to damage to the bathrooms. The door behind the restrooms that is supposed to be locked has been broken into, and transient people have full access to the space.
