Deplorable shape left unsecured for many months holes in roof windows broke lot covered with construction debris blowing over whole area tear it down

Burned out, unsafe home structure , tall grass , unsecured debris , etc..

This is what we woke up to the other morning. Called CPD to check if he was alive. This is ridiculous, our neighborhood should not have to live with this nuisance blight of a property sitting right smack center of our block. Not only does it DEVALUE every home in our area, it's a safety issue. No cameras, no lighting, and also no security. People do drugs in and around that school, glass broken and laying all over the property. Fire department was out last year due to addicts causing a fire. This building needs demolished or renovated.

The residence of this neighborhood have had to look at this eyesore for more years than I can count . A city owned property like this wouldn't exist in Avondale or Jackson Township so why does it exist here ?

The pond at Stadium Park is a mess and a health hazard! After the $40,000 reportedly paid by the HOF and AEP (according to the Repository), we have a stagnant, mosquito-breeding eyesore! It is covered with algae and has no aeration. This is not the way to restore the park after the HOF construction damages. Please fix this Canton Parks and Recreation.

Spend 5 minutes a week and clean up your trash filled lot and lawn. All four properties on this corner are bad.

school really needs something done with it an eyesore to canton if nothing is done we will have to elect someone who will get it done.

the sidewalks on woodland ave nw are so messed up that they are broken, raised up and not level. I have seen many people trip and fall and the elderLy whom walk up and down the street have a hard time. WE PAY TAXES FIX THEM!

Clean it up???

No trash bins or dumpster so tenants are throwing all trash on the ground in front and in back. Owner refuses to make this place presentable. There is a noticeable smell coming from the building and it is disgusting.
