Alley Surface Repair Acknowledged2110 30th St S Saint Petersburg, Florida, 33712 - Highland Oaks Neighborhood AssociationAlleyway on both East and West Sides have deep holes exposing shell and washing millings into both 29th Street S and 30th Street S into catch basin at 22nd Ave S and 30th Street S affecting run off/drainage. Entrance/Egress on 29th Street S city has placed "sandbags" into paved "rut" preventing cars from using this side of the alley without potential damage to vehicles which are lower to the ground. Every rain event alleyway millings are washed into 2110 30th St S and adjoining driveways in the alleyway which force rainwater into garages which the homeowner must mitigate. Engineering/Payment did a study some 10 years ago indicating a need for 6-11 degree grade from alleyway "T" to prevent such from happening and has never been properly graded . This is the 4th request for this issue to be corrected.

Alley Clearing Archived2310 25th Ave S St. Petersburg, FL 33712, USA - Highland Oaks Neighborhood Associationalley is becoming more narrow from overgrowth. There is a large rut on either side-caused damage to car when trying to reach my driveway. This alley has not been planed or trimmed for quite some time. I have done some of it myself but there is just too much. The ruts are very deep from dirt run-off and grass/weeds growing .Mattress still in alley for several months, Man with red pickup truck continues to dump mulch and other debris including a large pile of trash bags.
THIS IS THE ONLY ACCESS TO PRIVATE DRIVEWAYS ON 25TH AVE. PLEASE HELP US MAKE IT SAFE AND PASSABLE. THANK YOU. -
