2275 64th Street North Saint Petersburg, Florida - Holiday Park Homeowners Association
When Tyrone Middle is getting out in the afternoon, the parents are parking all along 64th Street from 22nd Avenue to 25th Avenue blocking the entire west lane on 64th Street where residents cannot get by them, have to turn around or wait to get to their street, this is especially bad where the median is. This is also an issue on 26th Avenue and 66th Street North. The parents pull out of the old Tyrone Elementary parking lot in front of cars already travelling on 26th Avenue. The crossing guard tries to do traffic control, which is not her job and she is also obstructing traffic flow. They need to yield and wait their turn.

At the southwest corner of the intersection of 62nd St N and 31st Terrace N, the sidewalk ends on top of a storm drain. It is not safe.

I had a giant tree removed. When it fell, it broke 5 slabs of my sidewalk. The picture shows the worst of the damage.

2275 64th Street North Saint Petersburg, Florida - Holiday Park Homeowners Association
The homeowner has planted several plants all along the edge of their property on 64th Street and 23rd Avenue which obstructs the view of oncoming traffic heading north on 64th Street. You have to pull out to the middle of 64th Street to see if it is clear to turn either left or right. There is going to be an accident at this location.
  • 6492 31 Avenue North St. Petersburg Fl - Holiday Park Homeowners Association
The area in front of the address has an area that is sinking. There is always water accumulated in the area. It is not properly sloped to direct the runoff towards the drains. This needs to be fixed.

  • 6500 26th Ave N Saint Petersburg, Florida - Holiday Park Homeowners Association
This previously neglected property has recently been rented to numerous unrelated adults. Throughout the day, and most evenings, there are 4 different automobiles parked at the residence with only 1 on the driveway. A commercial pick-up truck parks along the right side of the house in front of the debris pile and Tyrone Middle School fence, a burgundy Toyota Corolla parks on the right front lawn, a black pontiac or silver chevy park on the front lawn to the left of the driveway in front of the screened in walkway. There are other vehicles that come and go daily oftentimes arbitrarily parking on the lawn.
This is frustrating as their behavior is an eyesore and degrades the quality of our neighborhood in Holiday Park.

On September 26 2017 I reported a washed out hole between my property and my neighbor to the south (#3731828). I was informed that the situation is scheduled for re-lining. Ten months later I still have depressions in my yard and 62 St by the storm drains still flood in a heavy rain because soil is intruding into the drain. How long does it take to schedule this project? I find this unacceptable.
