The sanitation department is not taking care of this lot. My business is across the street and we have to look at this disaster. This lot has become a dumpster junk yard, the grass and bushes are overgrown and the fence is falling down. This area needs to be corrected ASAP.
This issue is not closed!!!!! All the sanitation dept has done to address this issue was cut the grass, partially trim a tree and partially install the fence screen. We want this issue completed. The dumpsters are still rotting away and the yard smells like trash

Junk car with no engine 25st side in driveway --- (2) selling cars out of home big display on windshield ,this is 3rd car & you can clearly see from 17ave side there is no tag on cars without going on property .
This truck has been broken and up on a car jack for over 2 months this person also have renters coming into his home and have multiple cars coming to the neighborhood taking up parking spaces for the people who lives there he himself have multiple cars which he will park in front of other peoples home to make his guest get closer parking to his home not to mention his tenants he has in his back yard in their RV it’s like a Holiday Inn over there he has a flag pole He stoned his front yard it seems he does whatever he wants with any regards
This nice park can not be used by locals in the neighborhood anymore. The amount of homeless people in the park has gown exponentially. You can no longer jog around on the path because groups of people are crowding and standing in the way (near the back of the vacant hospital). There is also drug use going in public view. I know there is not an easy answer to this problem, but I hope we can get more police presence in this are so it can be safe again.
