Same vehicle, same expired stickers... now the tarp is gone and the truck is plainly exposed for all to see. Windows down, flat tire. These people have supposedly been to court and paid fines, multiple times: why do they outright refuse to keep a proper tarp on their junk vehicle? For years this has been going on, Missouri City... years!

This resident has a junk vehicle on the driveway and street, and has trash, garbage and a trash container stored in view. Can code enforcement please make contact with the tenants and inform them of all violations then file against them in court.

Once again grass is very high.

Yard at this address is overgrown. The grass is hanging off the curb even obscuring the home address.

The gentleman that lives at the house owns several vehicles. He owns a huge diesel truck with a trailer and every day parks in the street blocking your view from vehicles coming down MCClain. Also -he parks in his yard along with a Nissan Maxima and Toyota Camry. It’s not fair that we have to pay our neighborhood deed restrictions but this guy does whatever her wants. One day someone is going to damage their vehicle. He’s a plumber and has all his equipment in front off the house as well.

Property appears to be abandoned - garage door is halfway up, mailbox door is broken, vegetation needs mowing & trimming.

24 hour a day auto repair business. Loud music and noise, never stops.
