Trash strewn all over front yard; weeds and grass three feet high; property under management of Guardian Asset Mgt, 1-888-872-9094, as owner died one year ago.

Young kids with altered mufflers have been racing around the North End, all hours of the day and night, for three weeks, cars backfiring. Vincellette, Madison Ave, Anton Street, probably everywhere. Someone should put an end to it. It's a free for all! Anything goes.

Mechanic works on the street and has a Residenial area full of cars taking parking space in the street. Peeling out with cars that have loud mufflers and leaving stains all over street. 10 cars are just from this house. I can hear the loud muffler and stereo up the street. I pay high taxes for this kind of blight and noise in a residential area. they want to work on cars get a garage and not street full with cars some with no plates.

The neighbors sure feel it's a perpetually in/out blight situation -- for over a decade.

I swung by this evening and found signs of squatters' sleeping bags and a bed pan. What is going on?

Sacred Heart students just starting to come back and the speeding and not stopping at stop signs in the area is out of control!! Especially in area of Madison and Eckart Streets and Eckart street by school. I almost got hit pulling out from Marilyn onto Eckart this morning going to work

This white van with a combination plate but commercial logo has been parked in this one spot for six weeks. Has not moved. Cars on city streets need to be driven away and moved every 24 hours. In spite of repeated reports on this car/van the police have not ticketed/towed done anything with it. So glad I am paying very high taxes to live in the north end to look at this commercial vehicle, and I checked with my lawyer because it has logo all over it is a commercial vehicle and is also an abandoned vehicle because we keep telling the police he has not moved in six weeks park here. What the hell do we have to do to get any services in the north end of Bridgeport? If this was Fairfield, Trumbull, Shelton, Westport, Milford, Stratford anywhere but Bridgeport, this would've been taken care of within three days – but six weeks later this jerk driving the truck knows he can leave the truck here because the Bridgeport police are going to do nothing about it. I find it interesting that this is 40 feet up the road from where the Sacred Heart student got killed because she tried to cross the street where there were signs posted "no parking here to the corner "but there were multiple cars parked on the blind corner and the police did NOTHING about that either. Her family is suing, and I am supplying multiple info about that and the fact that even now after she got killed, three years later, The police still do not enforce the no parking from here to corner signs. A junior from Sacred Heart got killed and the police are still too passive to enforce parking regulations. We should leave Bridgeport to the illegals and everybody should move to the suburbs when you call the police you actually get some support

Is there any plan to ticket or otherwise penalize the plague of drivers with cars with modified exhausts designed to be as loud as possible that roam around the city all day and night? Or people who park in one spot and blast music at obscene volume levels? I'm not talking a little loud - I'm talking deafening, can't carry on a conversation or hear the tv in your own house loud.

We can be a city for working and middle class families and professionals or we can be a city of wanna-be fast and furious drivers. The former pays the bills, the latter are effectively mass-harassing the public and will drive out even more bill payers eventually. It's only April and will only get worse if nothing is done.

This is my second time complaining about this. This is a BUS STOP. If my child falls and something happens along her walk to this bus route I believe that the City and Homeowners are responsible.
This is completely unsafe for ANYONE let alone children walking and waiting for their buses.

housing authority building and section 8 tenants...4 generation household. overcrowding-grandmothers,babies,baby daddys. 9 people in one apartment. FRAUD!

some joker plays bongo drums all day and night while taxpayers pay there rent. THE LOUD MUSIC IS EFFECTICTING MY KIDS HEALTH!

I READ THROUGH A GREAT DEAL OF THE ISSUES IN YOUR LOGS AND FOUND THAT THERE ARE A GREAT DEAL OF NOISE COMPLAINTS. THE ANSWER IS INVARIABLY TO CALL THE POLICE COMPLAINT NUMBER. THE PEOPLE ARE NOW WRTING BACK THAT THE POLICE EITHER DON'T RESPOND, WHICH HAS BEEN MY OWN EXPERIENCE OR THEY SHOW UP HOURS LATER. IN THE MEAN TIME WE SUFFER. THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN THIS CITY IS FALLING AT AN ESCALADING PACE AND IT SEEMS THAT THE POLICE CHIEF AND THE OTHERS AROUND DON'T REALIZE THAT THEY HAVE A PART IN CORRECTIVE ACTIONS TO ENFORCE THE ORDINANCE.

PEOPLE SUFFER WITH THE LOUD CONTINUOUS BLASTING OF THE MUSIC AND IT SEEMS THAT THE POLICE AND MAYOR ARE IGNORANT TO IT. THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY HAS FOR YEARS KNOWN AND PUBLISHED THE NEGATIVE EFFECT OF THE NOISE AND LOUD MUSIC ON PEOPLE AND COMMUNITY. WHY DO YOU THINK THAT THE PEOPLE IN THIS CITY HAVE HEALTH ISSUES, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, SLEEPLESSNESS, AND YES EVEN VIOLENCT BEHAVIOR? TRY FROM LIVING IN THIS ENVIRONMENT THAT IS RUNNING WILD WITH NO CONTROL ON IT.

WAKE UP POLICE AND ELECTED OFFICALS, THE GOOD PEOPLE ARE MOVING OUT OF THIS CITY FOR THIS AS BEING ONE OF THE DRIVING REASONS. I CAN PERSONALLY NAME FIVE PEOPLE WHO WERE SINGLE FAMILY HOME OWNERS WHO HAVE LEFT THIS CITY IN THE PAST SEVERAL MONTHS WITH MORE LOOKING TO GET ON OUT AND YES THE NOISE AND GENERAL BEHAVIORS THAT ARE BEING DEMONSTRATED IN THIS CITY ARE THE REASONS THAT THEY HAVE GONE. WHO DO YOU THINK ARE GOING TO REPLACE THOSE PEOPLE WHO WHERE PRODUCTIVE BUSINESS AND ALL AROUND GOOD CITIZENS? MORE OF THE NOISE MAKERS AND GANGBANGERS.
