Sidewalk Issues- resident states that cars keep parking and obstructing our crews from patching the sidewalk

The corner of Belmont there is a hole in the sidewalk. Please repair.

1 - water pipe cover sticking up from sidewalk, tripping hazard
2 - area around telephone pole on sidewalk was not paved when pole was replaced, this is also hazardous

Not sure why all of a sudden the sidewalk is falling apart. Large hole. Please look at safety issue.

Just paid to bell grade pavers tar is everywhere huge bump and a piece that is not smooth not flush. paper sticking out and a mess. The broke the pavers and they need polymer.

Voicemail-Claims that City plows tore up sidewalk at entrance of Nickerson Way. Also that the City trucks park on sidewalk and they are damaged from that. No name or phone number left on message

Resident States that her mother has fallen three times over the course of a year’s time. She has called about the sidewalks and they have not been addressed.
