    Brand new (less than a year old) sidewalk is disintegrating. This is happening to every stretch of new sidewalk from the last four years, all over town. Are any of the contractors being held accountable?

    Sidewalk is frequently flooded here, and at the entrance for the big trucks for Whole Foods. It makes it difficult to walk and dangerous.

    This area by CRLS has a number of walking hazards - uneven pavement that easy to miss and a trip hazard, also a number of boards on the walk, perhaps coving problem area, but those are also trip hazards. As a person with mobility issues, it’s very difficult to navigate!-

    Old, vandalized, obsolete public phone. Can it be removed?
    Or is meant to be a monument to the past, the museum of public obsolete technology?
    As it is, it is an eye sore. I'd be happy to see it removed.

    Drainage is very poor on rainy days on this large section of sidewalk near the Basketball court at Donnelly Field and key pathway to King Open School. Inches of water with regular rains and not passable without waterproof boots. If drainage is not improved, then this will be very dangerous when icy especially over the winter.

    When the city re-paves Putnam Ave please have them fix the sidewalk at this intersection and it’s angled all wrong and water pooling results and the sidewalk is impassible. Thank you

    I was emailing about a cone that is covering a fixture on the sidewalk by KBL, on the corner of Franklin St and Sydney Place. It is covering what seems to be a broken light post, or broken sign post. As you can see by the pictures attached the cone is broken and is a trip hazard. While traveling on this street today, I watched an elderly man tripped on this cone/ hole and hit their head hard on the sidewalk because of this major concern.

    Resident called to request repairs to the brick s/w on the Martin Street side of 3 Hurlbut Street. They need to be reset because they are all distorted and becoming a trip hazard. Resident also wants to know if the bricks at the tree well will be corrected where a new tree is being planted soon.
