    Neighbor's home has abandoned vehicles in the driveway, weeds growing out of control in yard, in sidewalk and driveway joints, in streetscape. Already reported to HOA, issues remain unaddressed and has gone on for many months. When vegetation dries out, it will be a fire hazard.

    Down Palo Verde Branches left over from last months wind event. They were downed on Higley but dragged to their current location to clear Higley. They have not been removed and are dead and an eye sore. They need to be removed.

    These pine needles are everywhere whether there is a storm or not. They shed all year long. They’re piled up in the street along ash and they cover the roof and yard. They get crushed and stick to cars. Near impossible to clean up. Pines belong in the mountains. They need to be removed.

ALSO THERE IS A LARGE TREE STARTING TO UPROOT ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, SAME LOCATION. TREE NEEDS TO BE EVAL'D TO EITHER BE REMOVED OR RELOCATED
