Description

Yet once again the traffic light at the corner of East Rock and Prospect street IS NOT WORKING!!!!!!!! The light stays green for Prospect Street, and stays red on East Rock.
Many vehicles taking unsafe Left on Red after waiting 7 minutes or more. this is a reoccurring issue at this light. It NEEDS to be fixed, once and for all!
