Description

When sitting at the traffic light on Walnut trying to cross Encinal toward San Antonio, the pressure pad in the street does not activate the signal. I watched a car today wait a couple of minutes and eventually give up and drive through the red light. Not safe! This has been an intermittent problem for a few months.
