Description

Someone living in parked blue minivan is completely blocking the pedestrian sidewalk with shopping carts and bulky personal items. The items move around and sometimes block a part of the street for traffic. They are also leaving trash and partially eaten food on sidewalk and street. They've been living there for about a month and the items around their car increase everyday and now attract other people to hang around to inspect the items and further block the sidewalk with bikes and more carts.
