P. Describe the issue?
R. Facing south on Honore at the Clark Rd. intersection trying to make a left turn onto Clark (going east towards 75) the left hand turning light only stays green for 2-3 cars. I've traveled this route in the morning for years & it used to not be so short. Even though there's 2 turning lanes there's usually a minimum of 5-8 cars in each lane.
