This area along both sides of the Brook is all private. The Town would only get involved if this tree and brush were to be causing private property flooding damage. From our understanding this is not happening, even during heavy rain events. Please remove this if you would like and are able to. Again if it is not affecting the flow of Brook water then this is not a matter for Parks & Forestry. Thank you for your understanding.
