unpermitted remodel or new construction of carport/shed. Property records show a carport built in 1977. The construction shown here is very recent. No permits on record related to such remodeling or construction. Needs inspecting to ensure engineered properly and the proper permits obtained. Owner is a former city councilmember who should know better.
