Speeding on Lowther Road continues and the school year hasn't even started yet. There is one car in particular that speeds down Lowther Road regularly including twice just now. It's a silver-ish Subaru Impreza and the license plate ends with "120" It's a young male driving and his speeds reach as high as 70 mph. He laughs when the neighbors ask him to slow down because it happens so frequently. This is a game to him. At around 5:10pm tonight (Monday, August 9th) he flew down Lowther toward the high school. About 10 minutes later, he came FLYING back down toward Central even faster. He is going to hurt someone. PLEASE do something about this. We shouldn't have to live in fear while walking down OUR OWN STREET. Clearly he went to the high school for something so they must know who it is - or, the make, model and partial plate should help too. Please fix it.
