I spoke to Greenlots again this week, they continue to be unable to do anything except create a ticket again. I asked for her boss and she said she was the boss. I asked to speak to whoever pays for her to answer the phone and she said she was unable to help me. I had gotten a name from the AMP front desk to speak to about the issue and the one piece of info this lady had was that he was not on her list of people involved in the repair of these chargers. So I spoke to him, asking why Greenlots keeps saying someone needs to pay them to fix the charger. He said that they had in the last three weeks gotten someone out to evaluate the work, that a contract to do that work has been submitted to the Shell (who now owns Greenlots) lawyers and they hope to get it approved soon. He also mentioned that the new transformer has been installed as they were getting issues charging full power on the non-working charger, so hopefully soon we will have two fully working chargers.

On the 14th of November 2022 the Public Utilities Board met and decided to open contract with Siemens Electric to replace the 8 yo Level 3 Charging equipment at 2000 Grand with new equipment, the timeline is about 6 months but at least the issue with Shell is resolved.
