Opis

ADA ramp is blocked by street closure, ft Irving wheelchairs into traffic.
East 33rd Street is closed to through traffic.
This is good.
But the blockade makes it difficult for a person with a wheelchair, who is pushed into 14th Ave traffic.
Please have ADA team inspect this crossing, and move planters for easier crossing
