Trash barrels with holes and lots of foods residues and smelling noxious are attracting big rats running around back of the 1 Linwood Place building and along the same building past other residences. The trash barrels need replacing and/or cleaning/sanitizing for deterring rats. The 1 Linwood Place building is behind the 265 Broadway building. More trash barrels please to contain families' trash. Look for a new subcontractor, a better program for trash management around the site with better equipment to move dozens of trash barrels. Consolidating trash is handled by staff of subcontractor without good protection for risk from sharps/needles.
