The home owner whom owns this strip of the ditch refuses to clean it up, she says it is county property not hers. It is now so overgrown you can not see safely down gentian to check for traffic when stopped correctly at the stop sign and children getting off the bus that walk home from their stop have to walk onto the road way in order to get past because the weeds are very tall and are hiding a bunch of trash making it unsafe to walk through.
