Sharraxaadda

There is a indented hole in crosswalk right before hitting the NE corner of 14th Street and 4th. I didn't expect it to be there and inadvertently stepped into it and twisted my ankle and scraped my knee. Can someone please address this, it's a pretty steep hole that can cause accidents to unsuspecting pedestrians and bikers.
