Description
Three (3) weeks ago we bought a Trash sticker for our black trash cart on line. (please see above receipt). We were told our payment was approved and we would receive it by mail. Three weeks later - no mailing of sticker. My husband called two times and was told they would look into it. He also went to City Hall ( the Treasurer's Office) . The city Officer he spoke to told him they would look into it and would call him back that afternoon. That was four days ago. We bought the sticker almost a month ago. We have missed 3 cycles of trash without use of a sticker. Could someone please respond and give us the sticker we bought last month? We still do not have the sticker and no one is responding . Please help.

A. Trash sticker was not received by mail. The Treasurer's Office did not respond or replace the sticker when my husband went to inquire this past Monday and submitted his receipt as evidence. PLEASE help . We shouldn't have to buy more blue bags until Malden city finishes "...looking into it". We have contacted the city 3x . We have our carts...we do not have the trash sticker we bought on line in September. Please replace so we can put our trash out !!! Thank you so much for anything you can do to help issue the sticker we bought.

My husband was told that Ms Jones was looking into it but that she was in a meeting when he tried to get this resolved on Tues. We have no Sticker. even though we produced our receipt and the money was taken from my husband's account. She conferred with a superior and she told us that we should go home and again wait for a person named Jackie Jones to call us ( WHO WAS TO INVESTIGATE THE LAST TIME BUT WAS IN A MEETING again this visit) who would then make a determination about whether City Hall would give us a trash sticker. I did notice that there was a huge roll of stickers on the window desk- counter where Ms DeFrazio spoke to us. She told me that the stickers , in fact, did not have RFD chips in the sticker so there wouldn't be any way for the city to locate the sticker if it had been stolen from my mail box. She asked us to go home and wait again for Ms Jones (who was in a meeting the last time my husband came to check on our purchase and who was in another meeting today to finish her investigation and she will call us. Our trash pickup day is Thursday...so we will miss another pick up . 4 WEEKS WITHOUT THE STICKER WE already BOUGHT. Please resolve this .
