Sarasota county Code enforcement is completely refusing to make certain that the off street parking lot is not being used for storage.
They're certainly is constant storage 7 days a week. Go there at 7:00 in the morning or 6:00 in the morning or at midnight. What more proof do you need?

The concrete company trucks are entirely code prohibited (the Transportation Regulatory Provisions code and the Site Access code sections) to be operating from Gantt av., north of Palmer Boulevard.
This reoccurring daily violation is considered illegal use. And therefore the zoning administrator is to order the discontinuance of the illegal use.

wow this has been an ongoing issue for a long time

Last but not least, this unpermitted Roadway concrete poured on Gantt av. . That's been poured on a county road and much more than just the county Road. The easements on both sides of this county Road. This complaint was lodged January 22nd 2021. And it's still not been investigated. There's your proof of corrupt government employees. Who have completely refused to enforce standard operating procedures.
Just this one code violation by itself, being protected by the County employees involved. Each and every one of them should be fired immediately. For attempting to cover up and allow such a large scale unpermitted roadway project to occur.

The Gantt av. Homeowners have been disrespected and ripped off of our very enforceable protective rights.

And all you can do is push a few keys on the keyboard and tell a citizen that it's been forwarded to the code enforcement division. That's nice, it's getting juggled some more, amongst nine Sarasota County employees. That are all in the same dugout. Truly, your manipulating the county's system. Only to benefit others. The evidence and the public records prove just that...

Refusing public service and each of you have sworn to an oath at Sarasota County government management employees.
Absolutely zero professionalism coming from all nine of you.
Professionalism is a very easy word to define. The biggest part of that word starts with providing honesty.

Sarasota County CE/Sandra LeGay and you other County CE employees.
The dumpster at 757 Gantt is already in violation and has seen the special Magistrate. And ordered to comply. By submitting to Sarasota County, the required drawings, surveys and lot drainage plans from a FL. licensed contractor. All to be submitted with an application for a permit. To be reviewed for compliance and approval.
None of the above compliance has been submitted.

So, with the dumpster still in the street yard and now the property owner has had a non-compliant materials installed around the prohibited in the street yard DUMPSTER.
That's still not been relocated to either the side or rear yard of the subject property to be code compliant.
Allowing the un-permitted enclosure to remain around the illegally placed dumpster. Is nothing more than county officials abusing their positions power to benefit the violators.
The violators have had several months to establish the necessary documents required to be submitted with an application for a permit, to County for approval.
The violators blatant disregard of a court order is another code violation. After applying a non-compliant material around the dumpster that's already in violation.

A notice of violation needs to be issued. Otherwise you're waving more county revenue.

Once again, you've put it in the hamster wheel/ code enforcement division.
They're the biggest part of why the violations are not being brought in to compliance. They keep concealing the factual evidence that's right in front of all to see.

The dumpster is still located in the subject property's street yard, A REOCCURRING CODE VIOLATION.
That's why it received a notic of violation citation and must be brought into compliance. Code requires any and all refuse / dumpster storage areas to be in either a side or rear yard.
The wood fence panels and chain link gates that have been applied to the dumpster while in the street yard. They're undeniably another code violation earned. With the fact that: there's not an approved DUMPSTER permit issued for the fencing installed.
Sarasota County's Code Enforcement is failing to represent this Citizen's complaint for the un-permitted work reported.

When you have Sarasota County employees unwilling to communicate with the complainant.
That's a clear indication of corrupt government employees, concealing evidence on an attempt to cover-up the facts.
Even the County Administrator as a manager for Sarasota County. He's refuseing to confirm OR deny these corrupt employees. By refusing to contact this complainant. Especially after being informed continually with factual evidence. That he has corrupt employees.

Definitely, reoccurring DUMPSTER PLACEMENT and SCREENING VIOLATIONS. These violations are undeniably are still being maintained by the (09) Sarasota County employees reported to. That have been provided the reoccurring violations photo evidence.
Please, READ the governing DUMPSTER code sections and view the most recent photo proof from today. Showing the violations ARE BEING ALLOWED AND MAINTAINED.
All because, OF THE (09) COUNTY EMPLOYEES. STILL ABUSING THEIR JOBS POWER TO BENEFIT OTHERS.

Emergencies happen and Waste trucks can and do break down.
That's why the Sarasota County 124-253. INGRESS and EGRESS CODE EXISTS.

Emergency vehicles CANNOT enter 757 Gantt av. when/while the Waste truck is servicing the DUMPSTER. That's in the code prohibited Street Yard.
