They can arrange for the accommodations out there.

Agree, they talk a good game that they can help the existing population it the "hotel" because they would be there. I don't believe that for one minute, the hotel volunteered because it is guaranteed money from the city. BHCare is all about just collecting a paycheck as well. If they really wanted to help they would step in and assist the current population without adding another 120 residents to these disgusting, unmaintained hotels.
It is bad enough that the city/state uses Best Way Inn, Three Judges, and The Regal Inn as a dumping ground. This is for people who qualify for housing help, while they have no housing available.
