Description

An unhoused couple has set up a tent in an unsafe area where there are rats, dog feces, and dry bamboo trees susceptible to fire. It is within 5 feet of the estuary behind the white elephant building. This is a public shore used by elderly, kids and disabled people of the neighborhood. They feel unsafe passing through. The couple has refused to move to sa safer location. We are requesting city services to help them find a safer place to camp.
