Close this on-ramp to 580. There is no good reason to have speeding drivers go down this residential street. There is another on-ramp literally 100 feet away. The fact this is still an on ramp is an embarrassment to our city and a shame to the residents of this block who are suffering through speeding cars, air pollution and noise pollution for no reason. Cars can enter the on ramp literally right next to it.
