This complaint still not investigated, photographed nor issued the earned Notice Of Violation. That's required to be publicly recorded WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE COMPLAINT. In other words. The complaint is intentionally being ignored by several Sarasota County government employees, including the County Administrator. Only to benefit those responsible. for the unpermitted roadway concrete. Of which, is an absolute unethical behavior by (10) associated County employees. Who are fully aware that this previously asphalt paved County road that now has more than 2,000 sq. ft. of unpermitted reinforced concrete. That was poured by the 701 Gantt property owners and their associates.
It's now been more than (11) days since this Rights Of Way Roadway complaint was presented to Sarasota County and not a single County employee is willing to provide public services and meet with the complainant and his Gantt av. Residential neighbors for the complainant's required CE investigation...

This Gantt av. rights-of-way roadway work requires a class D right-of-way Roadway Permit and also requires a minimum $15,000. Bond to be issued to Sarasota County government. That bond does not exist...
Sarasota County's Public Records Div. has zero right-of-way roadway permits issued for any Class D right-of-way Roadway Work Permits on Gantt Avenue, North of Palmer Boulevard.

There is a right-of-way Class H driveway apron permit that has been planted/issued for the same people responsible for the unpermitted Class D rights-of-way Roadway concrete work, both lanes and much more beyond the west side of the actual road. .
Sara. County's Public Records has clarified. There is absolutely no pre-construction required to be completed procedures and drawings or concrete truck logs for the planted Class H R.O.W. application, also planted.

And still, we have the County Administrator completely refusing to accommodate the requests made. That he visit and meet the affected Gantt Residents. To allow us to personally show the evidence and confirm his employees are lying to the public to benefit others at two separate properties on Gantt av...

The Sarasota County Public Records evidence exists, along with the complaint site/County rd. that now has an UNPERMITTED concrete section in front of the 701 Gantt av. property. We have at least (10) County Employees that are not honest public servants. That are abusing their County positions to benefit the violators/owners of the 701 Gantt av. property, but not limited to this UNPERMITTED R.O.W. Class (D) Roadway Work that has occurred and remains UN-INVESTIGATED.
