They don’t get a choice in the matter. The city has a legal and ethical obligation to clean this up. This is literally an open sew*er. Open drug use as well. If people within the city refuse to do their jobs, they should be relieved of their positions. Incompetence and deep corrupt*ion underlie all of this. Did someone actually admit they weren’t going to address this mess?

I see this everyday before going to work. if you go all the way the road you see couches as well near the bevmo
