Vegetation recently cleared away from sidewalk.

Broken fence was removed, sidewalk has been cleared and the damaged portion replaced. Vegetation cut and trash/litter removed. Owner is to spread grass seed on exposed soil on planting strip and along interior edge of sidewalk.
