Description

Before Plymouth Street's green light, there's a leading pedestrian interval for the crosswalk across Windsor Street. This makes no sense and is wasteful, since vehicles with a green cannot turn across this crosswalk, as Windsor is one way into the intersection. There are no other walk lights during this phase.

Please remove the leading pedestrian interval.
