Description

27th St. & Foothill Blvd. has a 4-way STOP SIGN which is ignored by many cars. If the traffic section of the police dept. could post a motorcycle unit there, just one day a month, it could ticket 1 in 10 cars with a moving violation by ignoring the sign and thereby add to Oakland's general fund. The sign is relatively new(less than 2 yrs.) and needs enforcement by police on occasion.
