On Tuesday night a man was speeding up and down Babcock (going the wrong way) on a quad, popping wheels, and blowing through stop signs. While I'm sure this was great fun, he was creating an unsafe environment for pedestrians and for other vehicles on the road. This went on for hours.

Speeding, wrong way, ignoring stop sign, breaking noise ordinance...

The misuse of dirtbikes on city streets has been an ongoing issue that police seem disinterested in stopping.
