Magnolia tree behind the Godard School on Heritage Links is blocking the view when turning left and/or right onto Rogers road from Heritage Links. This is very dangerous because people come around the curve on Rogers Rd very fast. Can this tree be cut back or removed all together?

After speaking to the owner about the issue, she has committed to contacting a contractor to cut back or remove the branches / tree causing the obstruction.
I will reinspect in 30 days to confirm.
