Could you please alert us as to the name of the child care organization that doesn’t provide sufficient staff to keep children safe during outings?

We need to know who is putting children at risk.

Maybe a call to the children protection services will shake them into providing safe services.

To the comment about the child care not having sufficient staff, it is not about having enough staff because certified child care centers in this neighborhood all have to follow a specific adult to child ratios on a daily basis. It is about the fact that this new park does not have a fully enclosed fenced in area for toddlers and younger pre school aged children to play at. And a child can run at the drop of a hat even with an adult supervising them There is also only one completely fenced in area for younger children to play in all of Danhey Park and it can not be used after rain storms for days due to the lack of proper drainage. So child care centers are limited to where they can take their children. It is not the fault of the child care or any adult that the city built a huge playground next to a somewhat busy road and did not completely fence it in to make it safe for all children.
