Now the branch is blocking the thoroughfare.

A neighbor trimmed the low hanging pieces but a large branch is still hanging by a thread and looks like it could fall any minute on cars or pedestrians.

Limb is trimmed so it doesn’t obstruct the street but it is still hanging precariously over parked cars.
