I live in the building across the street and have made complaints about this property as well in addition so have my neighbors. Most recently April 19th, 2012 #405323, May 8th, 2012 #407145, July 8, 2014 #527853 --- each time there is mild clean-up and the vagrants and people living on the property never leave. Right now it is at an all time high with people packed in and drug dealing and fights. Thanks for reporting this.

Don't forget about that the drug addicts and vagrants constantly harass people walking by this area. We have employees who cannot walk by this area anymore because of harassment and fear of being mugged.

I called City Services today about this today and they said we don't handle this you need to speak to Code Enforcement. I inquired as to what complaints City Services does handle and they said illegal dumping. I pointed out that this complaint contains a large list of items one of which includes illegal dumping. He then said that they would handle it. The service request number for that is #549977.

Afterwards I called Code Enforcement @ 510-238-3381 for a follow up on the original service request about the other issues. I was directed to James Anders who is the inspector in charge of visiting that site. I was then put in his voicemail. I left a message asking if he would give an update here on SeeClickFix.
