This place is still a dump and nothing has been removed. Can something be done about this? Let's clean up our neighborhoods.

Most city ordinances regarding RV's and boats stored on private property are restricted based on the size of the recreational vehicle and the size of the lot on which it is placed. File with the city yet?
Do any of them hangover into DOT right-of-way or easements and/or damaging utilities?
The monster truck is not DOT legal (off-road use only) based upon Florida Statues 23.316.251 bumper height & 23.316.220 headlight height and probably others like exhaust, safety and others as well.
If you see it driven on the road call the police.

Write to the county commissioners to pass the ordinance prohibiting parking of RV and boats in front yards. Code enforcement is useless without a law.
