Another City trash bin, this time the big blue recycleable items type, has now been left by someone on the left side of 256 Lloyd St. This now makes 3 trash bins just left on the sidewalk between 256 Lloyd St and 254 Lloyd St. Do not know who or why someone is just leaving these containers, with trash in them, here. Whatever help the city can do in removing these now 3 trash bins is greatly appriciated.
