Description

Not sure if address is correct since no one has ever seen fit to put a number plaque on the Downtown service tunnel entrance.

Many issues:
Dishwasher for Barcelona dumps into tunnel above/in front of Omni cardboard dumpster. this must be a health issue as well.

Drainage trench and floor before pillars and to corner to Gateway Loading Dock floods all the time. pump never seems to work and a drainage channel need to be out in to drain properly. concrete is disintegrating form continuous moisture. This originated with Gateway construction and was never addressed fully as they are the cause of the flooding as they removed the old pumping system. last month there was almost 18" of water at deepest point, and water was up ramp to first grate.

Entire tunnel is a mess and fire hazard as their is dumping and garbage everywhere. The loading docks for the apartments are disgusting. Town green dumpster area is messy and sloppy. Omni stores way too much waste in tunnel.

Areas of the tunnel are filled with dust and muck from previous flooding and sprinkler system drainage. Needs to have street sweeper run through.

Tunnel walls need a power washing as they are caked with years of dust and soot. This is a carcinogen which the town green and other users are being exposed too.
