Please inspect tree.
It has been dead for more than a year and has been soaked by recent storms. When it was alive, branches have broken off. The previous tenants had 2 windshields cracked. Dead and the weight of rain, I worry it may break up. Current tenant said they put in a request to remove tree several months ago.. Thanks for checking it out.
