Description

Illegally parked cars along Stafford Avenue especially on Saturday and Sunday mornings make it impossible to see traffic if you are pulling out from the parking garage or a driveway. Cars even parked in front of fire hydrants. 2 cars cannot use the street due to illegally parked cars.
