Description

This pile of garbage has been here for over a month - it was first reported on March 3, now it's April 4. Has the system that deals with this stuff totally broken down? Numerous calls to 311, a couple of posts on SCF and no action. The dispatcher blames the City's messed-up computers, but this isn't a computer problem - we need someone with a shovel, not a mouse. And we need them now!
