Description

Emergency hazardous dangerous traffic intersection on 77th ave & Garfield Ave. Too many accidents and neighbors parked cars getting hit on this street and intersection for many years. Everyday many cars are driving at a high rate of speed on 77th ave. This corner needs to be a 4 way stop corner, not the current 2 way that's only on Garfield ave. Also a new speed bump need to be added coming down the hill on 77th ave before the intersection of Garfield ave.
