Would like to know when they are going to fix? I have reported several times. Instead of cleaning snow from a neighbors sidewalk at 9 at night! ! This needs to be fixed asap pulse remove the huge snow banks at the end of Prosper St to Pierce St!!

Susan we are well aware it needs to be fixed and is on the list to be done. You don't fix structures when it's snowing or when the temps are below freezing. Please be patient there is no need to keep submitting the same thing. We got it the first time
As far as clearing snow we are making the street wider and removing snow on Prosper/Rand
