Would like to know when they are going to fix? I have reported several times. Instead of cleaning snow from a neighbors sidewalk at 9 at night! ! This needs to be fixed asap pulse remove the huge snow banks at the end of Prosper St to Pierce St!!

Susan we are well aware it needs to be fixed and is on the list to be done. You don't fix structures when it's snowing or when the temps are below freezing. Please be patient there is no need to keep submitting the same thing. We got it the first time
As far as clearing snow we are making the street wider and removing snow on Prosper/Rand

This could be repaired now by using modern cold weather construction products..to say these projects cannot be done in cold weather is false , and shows a lack of expierience..

We thank you Bob team like John last night to come removed snow banks at prosper rand intersections and widen ramp. Thank you ! We also agree on prosper to pierce street snow banks which we cant see cars on both sides. THANK YOU SO MUCH !

Then widen Prosper St! For cars driving on Prosper can avoid it. I don't know why you would do Rand st and not Prosper st. Pulling out is dangerous. 2 accident already!

Honestly I don't care if it's widen up. I rather see the snow banks gone and the manhole fixed. It makes it hard to get in a out of my driveway without it flipping up on me. Im going to lose my front end or tires or both! !

I do understand Susan concern and expressed the same in last week request. Hope the manhole and Proper street will be widen this week. Can we also please ask Bob's DPW team to see if they can please sand/salt prosper, rand & the uphill at the back intersection? It's pretty icy and people get slipped. THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN!
