Description

This was the closest category I could find; sorry it's not a perfect fit. The construction on the greenway in this location has resulted in the sidewalk being completely blocked by orange temporary fencing for weeks now, including periods of time where no construction is taking place. This is a significant barrier to mobility and accessibility in this neighborhood. Temporarily blocking the sidewalk as needed for safety reasons is understandable, but this is not acceptable.
