Description

Lot's of litter and trash in the dead end, including liquor bottles, used condoms, etc.. This area is being used by Capital business employees as a spot for "recreational" activities. There is also a discarded basketball hoop base, HVAC equipment and more in the street and immediately off the road / sidewalk.
