Deskripsyon

Blight at 2401 Ivy Drive; Garbage/recycling/green toters are left on street at all times (used to be stored in passage area on property.) Overgrown landscape and other items placed on sidewalk, block pedestrian passage. Residents of this & adjacent building have gotten into habit of parking along the outside of these toters left at sidewalk, blocking the street so that cars cannot freely pass in both directions.
